About Me.

I am a strategist, mentor and advisor providing bespoke support to CEOs and senior leadership teams to deliver transformative sustainability missions.  I specialise in helping organisations develop and implement transformative strategies and help decision makers steer a path through complex system change.

I have had a 30 year career starting in strategy consultancy (Booz Allen and the BBC World Service), then driving sustainable business innovation  (WWF) and finally building and leading a global, multi stakeholder coalition for green economic reform (Green Economy Coalition).

Over three decades, I have developed first hand experience of what it takes to move from strategy to implementation; how to lead and empower; and how to navigate through complexity and manage risk.

 

I have worked on a wide spectrum of issues including green economics; just transition; poverty and development; green small enterprise; sustainability metrics; and climate finance.

 

Benefitting from three decades of hands-on experience and a global network of contacts, I support my clients to navigate complexity and drive sustainability at scale.
